Strawberry Dragon Fruit Smoothie BowlDifficulty: Easy
This bright pink smoothie bowl gets its color from a mix of dragon fruit and strawberries. Enjoy this healthy dragon fruit smoothie bowl for breakfast.
1 organic large banana
1 cup (140 grams) organic frozen dragon fruit
1 cup (140 grams) organic frozen mango
1/2 cup (70 grams) organic frozen strawberries
1 cup water or milk
2 organic strawberries
1/4 organic dragon fruit
- In a high powdered blender, add the banana, frozen dragon fruit, frozen mango, frozen strawberries, and water. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Chop the fresh strawberries and dragon fruit.
- Pour smoothie into bowl and top with fresh fruit.
- Serve immediately.
