Fall is almost officially here, even though it’s still in the seventies in Mammoth! But, that is not stopping me from getting into the fall spirit, literally! Because it’s been so warm out, ice cold cocktails are still on my mind. But, with fall coming I wanted to spice it up.

And my friend Tomas who founded Airsubs gave me the idea to make this a Happy Hour class. So, I created this Sparkling Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail recipe to go along with my favorite fall cookies.
Martinelli’s makes an organic sparkling apple cider that is SO GOOD! Geez, I could drink that whole bottle! I added some whiskey, a pinch of cinnamon, and cinnamon stick for garnish and I have the perfect cocktail to compliment any fall cookie. This cocktail is one you’ll wan to make all season long and even into the holidays.

Sparkling Apple Cider Bourbon
1 1/2 ounces whiskey
Pinch of organic cinnamon
4 ounces organic sparkling apple cider
Organic cinnamon stick for garnish
Add ice to a glass. Add whiskey and a pinch of cinnamon on top. Fill up with sparkling apple cider and garnish with cinnamon stick.
