Summer is the season for light and fruity things, and this Mango Guacamole is exactly what I’m talking about. This sweeter version of guacamole is not spicy like traditional guacamole, which is why I love it so much as I’m not down with too much spice!
This Mango Guacamole is so easy to make – literally! You can make your own mango salsa, but you can also just buy it as well which makes this a super easy recipe with just 4 ingredients. Add this Mango Guacamole to fish tacos, shrimp tacos, add it to a quesadilla or just snack on it with a bowl of chips. Get the recipe below for my Mango Guacamole.
