Why You’ll Love This Recipe
This recipe is an amazing simple turkey sausage recipe. If you like having meat in the mornings, and you don’t want to eat pork sausage or bacon every day (I mean c’mon, we can’t all do that every single day), then this recipe for Everything Bagel Turkey Sausages is a great healthy breakfast protein!
I use everything bagel spice mix along with the traditional breakfast sausage spices like fennel seed and marjoram. The result is a simple turkey sausage recipe that you can enjoy with waffles, pancakes, eggs, or toast!
How to Make Everything Bagel Turkey Sausages
Start by mixing the ground turkey together with the spices. You can do this with your hands, or you can also use a spatula, but I prefer to just get in there with my hands as it’s much easier.
Next, form the meat into 8 small balls. You can weigh them, they should weigh about 43 grams each. But I just eyeball them. I divide the meat in half, then in half again, then each in half again and you have 8 balls. Form those balls into disks and make them as thin as possible as they will plump up when cooking!
Coat your pan with olive oil and make sure it’s fairly hot before adding them in, you want to hear that sizzle! Depending on your stovetop, that could be medium or high. Cook 4 at a time, so you don’t crowd the pan. Allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, and then flip, cooking until they are golden brown to your liking. Repeat with the remaining sausages.
You can store these in an airtight container in the fridge if you don’t eat them all. They can be warmed up in the microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, or even in a skillet.

Why go organic?
You may be wondering why I push organic ingredients for everything, even savory and healthy dishes. Organic ingredients go beyond just health and wellness, and contribute so much to the taste and flavor of a recipe. So, if you think that you’re making something healthy and buying fruits, veggies, or meats so maybe you don’t need to spend the extra to go organic here – let me sway your thinking.
Organic ingredients are made in a more pure way, therefore using no additives, no GMOs, and minimal ingredients. This really allows the true ingredients to shine – and because of that their flavor shines through. Therefore, organic ingredients are more flavorful than their non organic counterparts. So, just because it’s already a healthy recipe, or you’re already buying good for you ingredients – it doesn’t mean you can skip organic! Trust me here, and make the switch. Your body and your taste buds will thank you!
So, I highly recommend that you buy the best organic ingredients for this recipe! You can also shop my Amazon Storefront for all my favorite organic ingredients here.
