Easy Homemade Magic ShellDifficulty: Easy
The best ice cream topping, this homemade magic shell recipe is naturally vegan. Make this homemade magic shell the next time you’re craving that crackly chocolate topping for your ice cream!
8 ounces (1 1/2 cups plus 1 tablespoon) chopped organic dark chocolate
57 grams (1/4 cup) organic coconut oil
- In a double boiler (or microwave) add the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Melt until completely melted.
- Transfer to a squeeze bottle or glass jar.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
- High Altitude – Follow recipe as noted.
