Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Graham Crackers are the best simple dark chocolate dessert! I love to keep these in the fridge or freezer for a cool treat anytime.
595 (3 cups) organic dark chocolate chips
24 cinnamon Graham squares
Flakey sea salt (optional)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a double boiler, or in a microwave safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate. If using a microwave, be sure to microwave for 30 second intervals and stir between each one to prevent burning.
- Coat the cinnamon graham crackers in the dark chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet. Top with flaky sea salt.
- Store in the fridge or freezer for up to 1 month.
